Missingno; Pokemon First have a pokemon with surf and surf up and down Cinnabar island. Eventually you might fight a pokemon named missingno. It's pretty stupid but does lots of damage but i easy to kill. It looks like a mass of dots flying around. Just throw balls at it to catch it. Be warned, having this pokemon can crash your game and mess up the graphics ( All your pokemon and the enemys pokemon can get all warped ). It is number 000 in the pokedex and doesn't have an entry. It has a high attack but all his stats are really low. It may also screw up our game. if you don't want to risk your game don't catch it. Fight Safari Pokemon Elsewhere To fight and capture safari pokemon outside the park, first go to the park. Let the time run out when your standing in a patch of grass which holds the pokemon you want to catch. Step back out and use FLY to fly back to Cinnabar Island. Using SURF, surf up and down the right hand side of the shoreline, where you are half way on water and land. Then you should enter some battles with safari pokemon! No more bait and rocks! This also works with other parts of the game. Experiment and see what happens! Unlimited Chances To Catch Rare Pokemon(not really a code) Did you ever run into one of those okemon that you can only catch once? Here is a good trick to get as many shots as you want to catch those pokemon! First, find a rare pokemon like Mewtwo. Then, right before you go into battle with it, Save the game at that point . Finally, you can battle that pokemon without worrying that you didn't catch it. If you screw up and make it faint, just stop where you are and shut of the game. Then you can turn it back on, select continue and presto! you should be saved right before getting into battle with the pokemon! Better Chance To Capture Pokemon There is a code for the USA version ( It migh work for the Japaneses version too ) To catch pokemon easier. When you throw a pokeball or other type of ball hold down the "A" button as it closes the pokemon. The pokeball will shut tighter and it will be easier to catch the pokemon. Harder Hitting Atackts This code is sorta like the "Better Chance To Catch Pokemon" code but it's for attacks. Just hold the "A" button while your attacking and it will do more damage than if you didn't hold the "A" button. Phantom PC Go to Celadon City and make your way to the motel. Go to the far right wall and make Ash look North and he will be in the middle square. Press the "A" button and whats this? OH MY GOSH!!!! a ghost PC! Fish In Statues It's weird, but you can fish in statues! simply use this rod! sometimes you can find rare water pokemon this way
